Chris Hemsworth Shares 5 Hilarious Affirmations That "Won’t Make Your 2020 Worse," Probably

In an effort to make 2020 suck just a little less, Chris Hemsworth has released a series of cheeky affirmations that "absolutely, positively, probably (most likely) not make 2020 any worse."

In a series on Instagram videos, he shares five hilarious affirmations to live by - 'Breathe. Or don't', 'Inhale possibility, not bugs', 'Become one with the chaos', 'Balancing it all' and 'Rolling with it'.

Throughout each video, Chris's baritone voice narrates a seemingly peaceful meditation based on each positive affirmation before something undoubtedly goes wrong. Which is a big 2020 mood tbh.

Our personal favourite: Inhale Possibility, Not Bugs

The meditation starts off with Chris perched among a sea of pink flowers. "Since no one is going anywhere, no where fun at least, here's a quick meditation to help you find peace in your present situation," he starts off.

"Find a comfortable place to sit: your yard, a park, some strange pink flowers, and now focus. Inhale the fresh scent of possibility and exhale all that pent up quarantine energy. *coughs* Just embrace your surroundings, feel the air gently caress your skin," he says as he slaps a bug. "What the hell was that?"

He continues: "Soak up the very, very bright sun. and just rela . . . Was that a Murder Hornets? That was definitely a Murder Hornet That's just a figure of speech right? They Don't actually murder you? Oh my god, let's try this some other time, some other place," he says fleeing his meditation spot among the flowers.

These relatable affirmations were created to support Hemsworth's fitness app, Centr.
