This Express Glutes workout is inspired by SWEAT Trainer Kelsey Wells' new PWR Zero Equipment workout program. This 15-minute workout is a combination of compound and isolated movements done in 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off intervals for three rounds.

This workout is perfect if you are short on time but really want to get your glutes burning. Remember to always warm up and cool down before and after each session.
